Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to www.quickfurniture.ca (hereinafter referred to as the “website” or “site” or “we” or “us”). The website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.
Our website is owned and operated by Quick Furniture Inc. with its office located at 491 Brimley Road Unit 6 Toronto Ontario M1J1A4 CANADA. Our website provides an online shopping platform through which users/buyers/customers will have the opportunity to buy products listed on our website (collectively, the “Services”).
You agree to be bound by the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns for EXCHANGE with another product within 7 days of the delivery of the product to the customer. There is no refund after the order is placed, we only accept exchange.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- For opened items not in original packaging, there will be a 25% restocking fee, and
- There is no return for custom orders
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If the customer is delivered with a defective or a damaged product, then he or she must inform us about it by sending an email along with the pictures of the defective product at info@quickfurniture.ca within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. We would be happy to replace the defective item with a new item at no additional cost to the customer. We do not accept damaged products reported after 48 hours of the delivery date, nor do we accept any damages reported after the product has been assembled by the customer.
